KPT's New Factory

KPT's new factory is located in Changzhi City, Shanxi, China Province, and the project of carbonyl nano-friction materials invested by the company of 1.53 billion yuan is accelerating. Its main product, brake friction material, relies on innovative molecular formula to achieve the perfect combination of low cost and high performance, and is suitable for high-end applications such as high-speed rail, aviation and new energy vehicles. Once the project is put into production, it will become the largest production base of nano-friction materials in China.

The new factory covers a vast area, equipped with advanced production equipment and first-class research and development laboratory. The factory adopts intelligent production management system, which realizes precise control and efficient operation in all links from raw material procurement to product delivery. At the same time, the factory attaches great importance to environmental protection and sustainable development, and introduces a number of energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies in the production process to minimize the negative environmental impact.
