At our manufacturing facility, production is supported by multiple dedicated iron powder production lines and a well-organized manufacturing system. The facility covers approximately 133,200 square meters, providing sufficient space for raw material handling, production, processing, packaging, warehousing, and shipment preparation.

The factory is equipped with four advanced production lines, designed to support the manufacturing of different grades and specifications of iron powder and related metal powders.
The production system covers key processes such as raw material preparation, reduction or atomization, crushing, screening, classification, blending, and packaging. Process parameters are controlled according to the requirements of different products and applications.

The manufacturing area is organized according to different production stages, helping improve material flow and production efficiency. Standardized operating procedures are applied throughout the manufacturing process to maintain consistency between production batches.
From Production to Packaging
After processing, the powder is classified and screened according to the required particle size distribution. Qualified products are then transferred to the packaging area for final packing and storage.
Different packaging solutions can be arranged according to product characteristics and customer requirements, including small bags, drums, jumbo bags, and palletized packaging.
The production and packaging process is designed to reduce unnecessary material handling and maintain product cleanliness before shipment.
